This investor accesses a consortium of lenders that focus primarily on debt financing for commercial real estate and developments.
They provide business loans, bridge loans, asset-based loans, cross collateral loans and permanent financing.
This investor requires the borrower to have 20%+ down or have a 20% minimum contribution to their project.
A free analysis is provided to determine if the project is fundable.
If it is, the borrower is asked to pay a small processing fee between $475 - $1075 to place the deal with one of their funding partners for review and to issue a Letter of Intent.
