DEBT & EQUITY FINANCING, $ 25 MILLION USD + WITH 1% CASH BALANCE

My funding sources are providing funding for worldwide projects of $ 25,000,000 or more in U.S. Dollars in exchange for debt (loan) if you meet the criteria below.

Applicant must have at least 1 % cash for the amount being sought.
(For example, if you are seeking 100 million USD, you need to have a bank balance of at least 1 million USD. Funding sources will ask you to verify your bank balance with a notarized bank statement)
Applicant will be required to prove bank balance with a notarized bank statement

All countries are eligible, except for current politically unstable countries

Both start up and existing companies are eligible

For this opportunity, the funding sources are willing to waive due diligence fees


Industry / Sector Focus:

• Energy production – hydroelectric
• Energy production - waste to fuel
• Monetizing of in-ground assets (gold mines, precious metals, energy reserves, oil, gas, coal, aluminum, copper, nickel, et. al.)
• Multi-use – hotel, office and residential (commercial malls, buildings, refineries, commodities plants, et. al.)
• Resort developments & casinos
• Social housing

Development projects should be “shovel ready,” all permits, approvals and contracts are in place and subject to securing financing when the developer is ready to build.

Within 3 working days of receipt of all requested, a determination of interest will be issued.

Should the investor wish to proceed, documents of engagement will be issued with a view to scheduling financing closing within 65 days of receipt of a full submission package.

The investor will acquire a suitable collateralizing instrument; one of the requirements of the issuer is that the developer maintains a minimum of 1% liquidity – 1% of the final loan amount. It has been the investor’s experience that the only way they can assure this is to have the developer place this in escrow – in a U.S. licensed and bonded escrow account of their choosing. This liquidity position is not negotiable.

The insurance underwriters will require an “escrow” deposit to facilitate the loan. The escrow deposit will be held by an escrow agent for time of application and is 100% refundable.

The funding sources do mostly debt but they can also do mixed debt/equity but at very competitive interest rates. See shareholding equity, term and repayment schedule.

Shareholding Equity: In instances of accepted funding by the investor, Client agrees that the investor may request a negotiated shareholding equity position in the entire project expected to be a minimum of 10% (ten percent). Such shareholding will be memorialized in a separate agreement to be executed by and between the parties.

Term: Initially they will fund on a 12 month term. This can be adjusted as needed for up to 10 years.

Repayment Schedule: The repayment schedule begins after 90 days and is interest only from there forward.
