My investors are looking for worldwide companies with a positive E.B.I.T.D.A. number, for at least the last 3 years, which you will be asked to verify with financial statements as part of the funding process.
They are interested in companies within these industries: engineering, construction, property, finance and mortgage sectors, et. al. who wish to be part of a joint venture, or have their company taken over.
Is your company an excellent brand, do you have the capacity & ability to ramp up, are you asset rich, do you have multiple revenue streams ?
Acquisition model based on earn out, part cash, part equity.
E.B.I.T.D.A. is an acronym meaning earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation & amortization, and is an important number from your income statement that investors look at as one of many criteria when evaluating your company as a potential investment.
